三次元振動研磨機的工作原理是:在振動盤中安裝有振動馬達,振動盤通過振動彈簧與底座連接。啟動振動研磨機時,振動馬達產生強大的激振力,通過振動彈簧帶動振動盤中的研磨混合物(即研磨材料、研磨加工零件、研磨助劑等混合物)產生三個方向的運動,即上下振動、由里向外的翻轉、螺旋式的順時針旋轉。這種立體的研磨方式可以使需要研磨拋光的產品零配件與研磨拋光材料相互摩擦,從而達到表面拋光、去批鋒、倒角、去毛邊、除銹、粗磨光、精密磨光、光澤打光、電鍍前細磨、振動出色等目的。

The working principle of the three-dimensional vibration grinder is that a vibration motor is installed in the vibration disc, and the vibration disc is connected to the base through a vibration spring. When starting the vibration grinder, the vibration motor generates a strong excitation force, which drives the grinding mixture (i.e. grinding materials, grinding processed parts, grinding aids, etc.) in the vibration plate to move in three directions through the vibration spring, namely up and down vibration, flipping from inside out, and spiral clockwise rotation. This three-dimensional grinding method can enable the product parts that need to be ground and polished to rub against the grinding and polishing materials, thereby achieving surface polishing, deburring, chamfering, deburring, rust removal, rough polishing, precision polishing, gloss polishing, fine grinding before electroplating, excellent vibration, and other purposes.
